TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRICES AND TERMS |
| All prices in this catalogue are correct at the
time of preparation. Prices, policies amd terms are subject to
change without notice. Terms are net 30 days. Payment is to be
made in pounds sterling. (£). |
SHIPMENTS |
| Each shipment will be accompanied by an itemised
delivery note. An invoice covering each shipment will be forwarded
promptly. |
CUSTOMER RETURNS |
Standard catalogue products may be returned
for credit within 14 days of date of shipment. Credit will be
issued provided that:
1. Product is unused and in resaleable condition.
2. A copy invoice of sale and a written reason for return accompanies
the product. Custom products, and opened chemical products cannot
be returned. If the return is due to a defective product, or Orbital
Prosthetic Supplies' error, full credit will be issued, provided
the return is made within the period specified in any Orbital
Prosthetics Supplies warranty applicable to that product. Items
returned to Orbital Prosthetic Supplies should be shipped prepaid
directly to our office. |
LIMITED WARRANTY |
| Orbital Prosthetic Supplies warrants all products
sold to its customers are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Liability amd customer's sole remedy in the event of any claimed
defect shall be limited to the replacement of merchandise or at
Orbital Prosthetic Supplies' option, refund of the purchase price.
Orbital Prosthetic Supplies shall in no event be responsible for
any incidental or consequential damages, whether forseeable or
not, caused by defects in the merchandise. |
CHANGES |
| Because products are continually undergoing
refinement in design and manufacturing methods, Orbital Prosthetic
Supplies reserves the right to improve, modify and discontinue
products at any time. |
PRICE & CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS |
Certain products may be affected by foreign
currency fluctuations, shortages or surcharge application. Orbital
Prosthetic Supplies reserves the right to alter prices in respect
of these changes should conditions dictate that this is necessary.
